    It is important to be healthy and active to keep our body in good condition as they say healthy body, healthy mind. And to prevent ourself from getting overweight, which will help avoid illness. It’s vital that you look after our body and stay healthy to prolong our life. Our life is a gift from GOD we must not take it from granted!

Being healthy and physically active is very important to me, and these are the stuff I do to stay healthy and active, eat healthy and I stay away from fats and unhealthy diet I eat fruits, veggies, protein rich foods plus a reasonable amount of carbs,I take vitamins supplements, I go to the gym five times a week and do my cardio like body combat and cycling, I tone by doing body pump,and pilates, and to keep my mind sound I do yoga,and now i’m into running.that’s how i keep myself healthy and active.

    To stay healthy and active, you must eat the right food, you must have 7-8 hrs of sleep, a balance diet, exercise/workout and most especially pray/thank god for everything.

    The best reason is because we want to spend more time with our loved ones. Be active, be healthy and then you’ll live longer. You’ll be able to go mountain hiking with them, join fun runs together and make a trip around the world even when you get older.

    I follow a daily routine: wake up at 4:30 am, eat a light snack (e.g. banana), then do my warm-up running drills before my workout (e.g. long/easy run/interval/tempo), then eat a balanced breakfast of egg, wholegrain cereal, and skimmed milk. Preps me up for work!

  7. to stay healthy, I eat nutritious food, go, glow and grow foods.. I take vitamins, exercise and sleep on time. These are simple ways yet it contributes to a healthy lifestyle. I considered these steps as part of my daily routine.
