Good day!
I am a 36-year-old man and I am 30lbs over weight. My cardiologist/doctor suggests that I engage in brisk walking and running. I brisk walk almost everyday and considering to run soon.
May I request for tips on running for beginners. I already read the article on this in your site. It was helpful but I believe there is more to know before I go running.
I will appreciate immensely for any tips and/or guides you will be sharing to me.
